Snuneymuxw First Nation (SFN) Members – SFN members are required to update and complete their member information. Please keep your personal member information up to date, so we can make sure you are receiving important information from SFN. Please complete the SFN Personal Information Form below.

New Snuneymuxw First Nation Members – If your family member has recently been registered with Snuneymuxw First Nation through Indigenous Services Canada, please note their contact information is not shared directly with Snuneymuxw First Nation Administration and therefore they will also need to complete this SFN Personal Information Form.

Important Reminder for New Parents – Please ensure your baby is registered with Indigenous Services Canada in order to receive relevant benefits.
